Schools sports help students to become more resilient by learning to handle and accept winning and losing.

 

Ggs 349Losing helps to push yourself to limit next time to achieve a more successful performance learning how to control emotions and turn this into hard work. Winning helps us to stay motivated and boosting our self esteem. Another benefit is that social health improves. 

Being in a group activity ,communicating and working through problems will also help us in later life. In the sports where we are on our own, we have to rely on our own abilities and effort and learn from it. Resilience in sport will help us become more disciplined in all daily tasks.
