With extensive experience across five London boroughs, Aidan has worked in a range of educational settings, gaining deep insight into the diverse needs of students and the communities they belong to.

His career has been driven by a commitment to nurturing potential, inspiring growth, and creating opportunities for young people to succeed, both academically and personally.
