School Payments
The iPayimpact online payment solution offers a simple and secure way for parents and carers to pay for all school purchases, including food, trips, events, tickets and other offerings. iPayimpact offers peace of mind to school staff, parents, carers, and students by reducing the need for students to bring cash and cheques into school. All payments made through the platform are covered under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
iPayimpact can be accessed through a computer or through a mobile device on the iPay App. To set up an account for your child, you will need a unique account reference. The school will provide your unique account reference in September by the end of the second week of the Autumn Term.
Tower Hamlets council provides universal free school meals to students in secondary schools in years 7-11. Each day your child’s account will be automatically credited with the allowance on a daily basis. If your child would like to buy more from the canteen you will need to top up their iPayimpact account. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cashless Catering
We operate a cashless payment system and students pay for school lunches using a finger/thumb image which links to their iPayimpact account. Parents and carers pay for school lunches usingiPayimpact, a school online payment system that lets you make secure online payments by credit and debit card. iPayimpact lessens the need for students to carry money around during the day, reducing the risk of money being lost and giving parents/carers peace of mind that monies paid online are being used for school meals.
Students who are in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) will continue to receive their FSM allocation and will be able to access these funds each day at lunchtime.
